Full description
Spending three hours on the farm may seem little or irrelevant but in reality a world unknown to you will open up. The La Fonte educational farm is located in the Goceano area downstream from the medieval castle of Burgos. Here time passes slowly and the rhythms are marked by the various activities that follow one another.
We proceed with the capture and milking of the sheep both by hand and with mechanical tools and concludes with the transformation of the fresh milk into cheese and ricotta. You will be overwhelmed by a succession of emotions that will overwhelm and involve you without reservation, accompanied by the owner of the farm who with his experience will introduce you to archaic techniques and taste fresh products with authentic flavors at km 0.
You will live an authentic and sustainable experience in a location with attention to detail.
It will be a journey through time and into the Sardinian agro-pastoral tradition that will leave an indelible memory in you.
