The experience in brief

Three days dedicated to photography in the heart of Banari, including exhibitions, meetings, workshops, and a contest open to everyone. The red trachyte houses of Sa Caminera become a living space where photographers, enthusiasts, and curious visitors meet to share visions, techniques, and experiences.

Why you should live this experience

Participating in this festival means entering an authentic context, far from standardized events. Here, photography is not only observed, but experienced: you walk through the village, take photos, meet authors, and actively participate.

The value of the experience lies in the balance between learning, inspiration, and sharing. The context of Banari amplifies all this, transforming every moment into a concrete visual opportunity.

Full Description

ONE SHOOT – Photography Festival develops over three days, transforming the village of Banari into a space dedicated to images, experimentation, and the meeting of people united by an interest in photography.

The festival opens with an official presentation and the start of the Live Contest, which represents one of the central elements of the experience. From the beginning, participants are invited to observe the village, explore its streets, and take photographs to submit to the contest, entering directly into the heart of the event.

During the three days, the photographic exhibitions remain open to the public and offer a structured visual path, built through projects that differ in style and content. Alongside the exhibitions, there are moments of discussion with authors and presentations that allow a closer understanding of photographic work and its different interpretations.

The festival also includes educational activities designed to approach photography in a concrete way. Introductory photography workshops, aimed at both young people and adults, offer a first practical approach and are organized with limited places and a participation fee of €10. Alongside these, there is also a workshop dedicated to photographic post-production, offered free of charge, which allows participants to deepen a fundamental phase of the creative process.

Among the most significant activities is the photographic walk in the village, a moment designed to observe Banari with a more attentive and conscious eye. Walking through the streets, focusing on details, and choosing what to photograph becomes an integral part of the experience.

The Live Contest develops throughout the festival, with the presentation of the photographs and the opening of public voting. The final phase includes evaluation by the jury and the final award ceremony, which marks the closing of the event.

Alongside photography, the program also includes cultural and musical moments that contribute to creating a dynamic and participatory atmosphere, making the festival accessible also to those who simply wish to experience the village in a different way.

ONE SHOOT is not only a showcase of images, but a widespread experience that combines observation, participation, and discovery of the territory, offering a concrete opportunity to experience Banari through photography.
