Full description
The proposed experience, lasting 2/3 hours, will begin with a visit to the organic dairy and an explanation of modern production techniques thanks to the use of new innovative machinery, but with a nod to the history of the farm present in Pattada for several generations.
The very high quality of the products obtained is obtained both thanks to the territory where the sheep go to pasture, and thanks to the processing techniques with raw milk and therefore not pasteurized which keeps the qualities and flavors of the raw material used intact.
You will have the opportunity to touch the tools of the trade by participating in the transformation of freshly milked milk into cheese.
You will also visit the company’s cellar where there are cheeses with different ages and for each of which there will be a small tasting and an explanation of the finished product.
