Full description
During the visit to the farm, we will immerse ourselves in the uncontaminated nature in direct contact with the different varieties of olive trees, we will see the characteristics of these plants and we will relax on a walk where we will discover the origins and the millenary life of these trees.
Depending on the season of the visit we will see the different aspects of olive growing, including:
– all the cultivation treatments necessary to grow healthy plants and how to care for and integrate the nutritional needs of the olive tree;
– pruning techniques;
– the important moment of harvesting and milling, in which all participants will collaborate, starting from the harvest in the field with suitable equipment, to the transport to a local mill, up to the milling of the olives and packaging of the product obtained, an extra virgin olive oil with significant organoleptic qualities.

- Personal protective equipment such as gloves and protective glasses;
- Oil tasting.

- Transport to the farm and transport to the mill.

It is recommended to wear clothing suitable for a walk in the countryside, walking boots are mandatory.
Can I take the oil that is pressed with me?
Depending on availability, it is possible to purchase the oil as soon as it is produced.
